Olav Balandin has more than ten years of experience from the Telecom sector, serving as CEO of Combitel AS and MTU Link AS and later as director of sales, products and marketing, at MTU Nett AS.

He's been involved in several start-ups and has been responsible for bringing many technical solutions to the market in Norway. With his background and experience, he has a clear understanding of market needs and opportunities.

Olav received his Masters in Strategy and Management, with a special focus on information technology, at the Norwegian School of Economics.
